The S.S Augusta was once a premium ship of her days. Carrying hundreds of passengers around the Great Lakes. That is, however, until she met her untimely fate. She now lies more than 200ft beneath the surface of Lake Michigan.
Four Marine Scientists step up to the plate to tackle what had now been deemed “unsolvable” by news agencies around the Country to try and solve what no one else could who came before them.
One question still remains at large...even today: What really brought down the S.S Augusta? Was it sabotage? Or was it something else? If one thing’s for sure, it’s that this mystery needs to be solved.
[Author’s Notice to Readers]:
For those who were fans of the original story back in 2018, I have been pressured by family members and friends who’ve I shared that version with to remaster it and make it even better.
I am going to say this...this version has similarities to the original, but this version goes to places where I never thought to explore before. I’ve spent about three years trying to write a sequel (as you all would know) but to no avail.
Remastering it was my only shot at someday turning this unique story into a mini-series. How would that sound to you all? Would you want to see more marine mysteries play out? Or should this simply be a standalone story?
